The Management of Quality Foods Africa appreciate that as their business attains maturity, resource and process efficiency become increasingly critical to sustaining profitability. The Lauren Parker team was engaged to review, optimize and document Scoop’d (a F&B subsidiary focused on ice cream and sweet treats) processes and operating procedures to improve the general standards of running the business and lay a foundation for improvements to be identified and implemented to further increase its business operations and achieve positive and repeatable results. The project output which included documented processes, templates, procedures, standardized recipes, marketing support documents and training has assisted the business to re-invent itself while maintaining the systems and structure that supports its business relevance in the fast food market
